I forgot my PIN/PUK code what should I do?
If you enter the wrong PIN code three times your SIM card will automatically lock. In this case you will need to contact Customer Services who will issue a PUK code that will unlock your SIM card.
Can I use VoIP Services on my Lyca Mobile?
Under our terms and conditions Lyca Mobile has the right to restrict or prevent access to certain websites and services over its network.
